Though I am not currently practicing law, I strive to maintain my connection to the legal and health communities.
My goal is to be an integral part of the healing community as both an advisor and an advocate. I help NDs, LACs, holistic-minded MDs, and other practitioners protect themselves and their businesses from liability so they can focus on the important work of healing.
As a policy advocate I am able to help shift the legal structures that prevent natural medicine practitioners from providing service to the extent of their abilities.
I believe in the medicine holistic practitioners use and I believe that prevention is not only a way to save money but a way to improve our lives.
In my practice, I worked with small business, with a focus on independently-owned health care businesses. My services included entity formation/consultation, contract drafting, review and negotiation, insurance payment recovery, intellectual property protection (TM/(c)), form drafting, and legal research. I no longer provide these services, but hope that one day I can get back to this important work.
Thank you for visiting my blog!
